What an excellent description of the devious treatment of those on the bottom levels of custody staff throughout California. The custody staff at DVI really got the business from the 2 previous leaders. The devil in the red dress and the wizard behind her.
So true, but they need to put the inmate on the picture too and have them on the same level as the AW/CDW because inmates at DVI get better treatment than Lt's, Sgt.'s, and Officers and have more rights too!
