If the letter head was Teamsters, it would have some meaning,,,,
It would mean management would have to learn some new tricks. They would not be allowed to screw over union members like Jimenez and crew has allowed. The membership would have real backing, instead of always being backed into the corners management dictates. Chances are training would morph from the joke currently in place, into something that would not facilitate courtroom victories for inmates, that in turn becomes the basis by which the California prison agency is ran. And if we were really fortunate enough to being moving forward, Jimenez would not be involved!
